Descendants can be acquired from Research Requests, by visiting Anais in Albi

Descendants are characters that you play as, each of them possessing unique skills that allow different battle styles.

To play as a different Descendant,

you can obtain them by Research Request from Albion > Anais, or by purchasing them from the Main Menu (I) > Shop > Descendants.

Descendant research can be only requested after you have acquired all materials needed.

Check the materials needed to request research from Anais or by going to Descendants (H) > Descendant List (G) > Details (P).

You can view the full list of Descendants in Descendants (H) > Descendant List (G).

Hover over a skill icon to view the skill description and detailed stats.

Owned Descendants will have their portrait enabled in the Descendant List and you can replace them by selecting them and clicking the Use button.

However, you can only replace Descendants in Albion or an outpost; replacing Descendants is not allowed when a mission is in progress.
