1. What is a Vulgus Strategic Outpost?
A Vulgus Strategic Outpost is an area in a zone that is occupied by Vulgus.
Even if you complete missions in a Vulgus Strategic Outpost, the Vulgus will periodically reoccupy the area.
The location of a Vulgus Strategic Outpost can be found on the map and is indicated by an Zone Recon Mission icon.

2. How to Complete Vulgus Strategic Outposts
If you enter the range of a Vulgus Strategic Outpost, the mission will start and you will have to defeat the enemies that appear and complete the mission within the time limit.
If you move out of range of the Vulgus Strategic Outpost or die more than the number of mission challenge opportunities, you will fail the mission and have to start over.
3. Neutralize Power Units
Power units located within Vulgus Strategic Outposts can only be neutralized while in stealth.
The chance to gain Amorphous Materials increases with the number of neutralizations.

4. Surveillance Tower
Interacting with and disabling surveillance towers near the Vulgus Strategic Outpost will increase the amount of time you can infiltrate the Strategic Outpost.
Surveillance towers are not displayed on the map, however, a surveillance tower icon will be displayed when they are within 40 meters.
