ㆍYou can link your account to save and use the same game data on multiple platforms.

ㆍLink/unlink your account by going to (ESC) > Options > Account > Link Account. 


1. Link Accounts

The account linking service allows you to link your game data stored in your Nexon account to connected Steam or Console platforms. 

If your Nexon account doesn't have any game data, the game data from the platform you're currently using will be bound to your Nexon account when you link them. 
Only one game data can be bound to your Nexon account. 

If you have multiple sets of game data on different platforms, you can link them to your Nexon account and select the desired data
by setting it as the Primary Account.

 

2. How to Link Accounts

- To link your account, go to Game Menu (ESC) > Options > Account > Link Account > Link.

 

Notes

- Only one game data is stored in your Nexon account.

- If your Nexon account doesn't have any game data, the game data from the platform you're currently using will be bound to your Nexon account when you link them. This action cannot be undone.

- If you already have game data on your Nexon account, you can play with the game data stored on your Nexon account when linking your account.

- If your account is successfully linked, you will automatically be taken to the game's start screen. From next time on, you will be able to play the game with your Nexon account linked.

- If you wish to play using game data from a platform account other than the one linked to your Nexon account,

you can select the desired game data through the Primary Account settings on The First Descendant official website.

- Even if you are already linked to one platform, you can play with the same game data by linking to another platform.

- Check your account link status from Game Menu (ESC) > Options > Account > Link Account.

Example

When Linking Nexon Account A to Xbox Account B
① When linking a Nexon account A that does not have game data to an Xbox account B that has game data:

ㄴ In this case, you'll be playing with the Xbox data, and it will be bound to the Nexon account A. 

② If Nexon Account A has game data saved from ①, PSN/Steam accounts can be linked for crossplay. 

ㄴ At the time of account linking, you can play using the Nexon account game data.

You can later switch to the game data from your PSN or Steam account through the Primary Account settings.

 

How to Unlink Accounts

- Disconnect your account through the game menu (ESC) > Options > Account > Link Account > Unlink.

 

Notes

- When unlinked, you will be automatically redirected to the game’s start screen.
When you log in again, you will be playing with the game data of the platform you are on.

- If you relink a Nexon account that has been unlinked, you will play with the game data bound to either the Nexon account or the Primary Account.

- If you delete your Nexon account, previously linked account(s) will be automatically unlinked.

Example

When Unlinking Nexon Account A from Xbox Account B

  •  When Nexon Account A is unlinked from Xbox Account B,
    the game data will be saved to Nexon Account A, while Xbox Account B will be available to play with new game data

② When Nexon Account A and Xbox Account B are linked again, gameplay available using game data from Nexon Account A
