# PST 2024.11.21 (Thu) 09:20: An issue caused disconnections and mail titles/content to display as "None" during Event 2: Thanksgiving Login Reward (PST 2024.11.21 (Thu) 08:00 ~ 09:20). The issue is now resolved, and rewards display correctly. Mail claimed before the fix remains unchanged, and Spanish/Italian settings received mail in English. We apologize for the inconvenience.
