Here is the information on The First Descendant's official release schedule and pre-download.

■ Official release schedule

The First Descendant will be released on July 2, 2024 (Tue) at 00:00 PDT.

■ PC specifications and console graphics modes

■ How to lodge an inquiry

(1) Suggestions and bug reports

- Where to Send: Official Homepage > Customer Service > FAQ > Click the Bug Report or Suggestion banner to submit

- Suggestions and bugs are only accepted through the above route and not through 1:1 Support.

(2) Reporting

- You can report griefers or abusive users by using the in-game report feature.

- In-game reporting can be done by ① pressing Player Interaction (T) near the target, ② selecting the target in the chat window, or ③ selecting the target from the user list in the map (M) à Social, and then clicking the Report icon in the bottom right corner of the Player Interaction (T) screen.

(3) 1:1 Support

- How to Send: Official Homepage > Customer Service > FAQ > Select an inquiry type and click the "Inquire" button at the bottom.

- Required: To facilitate the checking of game information when an inquiry is received, please log in before submitting an inquiry.
